All jewellery will succumb to wear and tear over time and so visiting your local jeweller to inspect and give you advice on how it would be best to maintain your precious pieces is paramount. If you are unable to visit your jeweller for some professional advice there are some great tips and tricks below on how to keep your jewellery in the best condition possible.

If your jewellery breaks or needs obvious repair, be sure to keep all the parts together and take it to a jeweller. Using glues or soldering with lead solder will only damage and make the repairs more difficult and costly.
